Piccolo Paradiso is a guest house with three independent apartments in Punta del Pecoraro, a quiet residential area of Civitavecchia. Each apartment has its own entrance, its own kitchen, its own bathroom and its own outdoor pergola.
It is not a hotel and does not offer hotel services: it is a home where you can spend your time as you like, with the freedom of an apartment and the care of a small, personal place.

The garden
The shared garden is where the three apartments meet: a lawn crossed by a stone path, Mediterranean plants and an outdoor shower to cool off after the beach.
In the evening, the lights among the plants turn it into a small retreat, just steps from the sunset over the sea.
The pergolas
Each apartment has its own outdoor pergola, a dedicated space to enjoy the atmosphere of Piccolo Paradiso.

Among the area's sustainable mobility projects is a future cycle route between Civitavecchia and Santa Severa, which could offer new ways to explore the coast by bike. It is not yet open.
